Understanding that we are in the midst of a global pandemic, and due to the potential for mandatory government orders that we are obligated to follow (restrictions and shutdowns), please be advised that if an event must be rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be re-booked to the new date. Refunds for any events will not be issued, under any circumstances.
Must be 19 years of age or older, or 14+ and accompanied by parent/legal guardian.
By agreeing to receive or attend any psychic reading, a psychic service, message, information and/or reading or support of any kind (the “Services”) from Michelle Russell Media Inc. and/or Michelle Russell (“Russell”), it is understood that The Services provided are for entertainment purposes only. The Services provided, whether given in a message, reading, class, workshop, or any other form, do not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business, or financial advice and represent another avenue of wisdom, motivation and or inspiration and are not intended to be a substitute for professional care and or advice. Russell does not claim to diagnose, prescribe treatment for, or cure any health condition.
The Services are subject to the recipients interpretation. Choices, and/or actions based on the Services or the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Russell will not offer any Services to any person who is under 19 years of age without having received written consent from such person’s parent or legal guardian. Russell makes no guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the accuracy, relevancy, or quality of the Services provided. Russell does not assume and the undersigned hereby releases and discharges Russell from any and all liability to any person or entity for any loss or damage (including, without limitation, physical, mental, special, indirect, incidental, or consequential) caused in relation to any information and/or any suggestion, or advice provided, readings, products, or Services whether resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever.
Photo/ Video:
While attending an in person or online event with Michelle Russell, you or the members of your family may be filmed, video taped, and/or photographed. Your attendance serves as permission for the use of your image and story or the image and story of your family members by Michelle Russell.
You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy.
Attending an in person or online event, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Michelle Russell Media Inc. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote future events held by Michelle Russell.
You waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication.
For online readings and events, have partnered with ZOOM. You MUST download and be familiar with Zoom before the event and your device - your camera must be on and you need to know how to use the chat window. Michelle is focused on delivering messages and does NOT offer any technical support how to set up your camera or Zoom. Failure to connect, know how to use zoom with camera or time zone error are the responsibility of each guest and refunds will not be given.
Buyer Beware AKA Careful where you buy a ticket/reading from!
Only purchase tickets and readings from us directly. By purchasing from someone online or a non-authorized outlet you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance, regardless of the event. Lost or stolen tickets will not be valid for entry. Anyone who purchases tickets from a “scalper” or ticket broker does so at his/her own risk and in will likely pay a premium. Michelle Russell Media Inc is not responsible for replacing or refunding a ticket purchased through a scammer online or a third party broker. All events are subject to change at any time.
During events (both in-person and online) with Psychic Medium Michelle Russell you may be filmed, photographed or recorded and may appear in any media format or promotion and/or publicity. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs, including online, are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy.
Tickets and private sessions are non-refundable. All sales are final.
